SALES ARE FINAL. This item's lace may have been cut and possibly has been gently worn, (see item title for clarification).To ensure its cleanliness, it has undergone a quick but thorough shampooing process, and the cap has been gently scrubbed for sanitization. We have made every effort to eliminate any glue or tape residue that may have been present. However, please note that due to the quick nature of the shampoo wash and sanitization, there might be some residual traces remaining. All wigs are sold AS IS and by purchasing, you understand that the wig is either previously worn, new with lace and tag, new with lace cut and tag OR tag may be missing or not attached. All sales are final sales.  Please do not purchase if you do not understand this. Products that I use vary: CSC shampoo/conditioner, silicone shampoo/conditioner, Michelle's miracle mist, Michelle's miracle mask, Residue remover shampoo or Martini Wigs Shampoo, conditioner and, mist.  Please note that I do not typically wear a wig for long amounts of times or for multiple times unless it is a style/color that I love on myself - and I don't normally sell those units because I keep those for myself.  If you are purchasing a gently worn wig from me, it has probably been worn max 2-4 hours. If the Subtitle states "gently worn" then the lace has been cut 99.9% of the time.  If an item is an "Open Box" item, those have typically been worn for videos or pictures and may or may not have lace in tact.
